Delivery to the UK mainland is FREE and £8.50 to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man. Items are despatched using Standard Recorded/Signed For, with larger items via courier. A signature will be required and a tracking number will be advised by email and usually takes 2-3 days*.
Delivery cost to EU Mainland customers is £12.95 and to EU Isles and non EU European countries is £24.95. these are despatched International Signed For or via courier**. A signature will be required and a tracking number will be advised by email and usually takes 3-4 days*.
Delivery cost to the US and Canada is £27.95. These will be despatched via an International courier and a signature will be required. A tracking number will be advised by email and usually takes 3-4 days*.
Delivery cost to the rest of the world is £44.95. These will be despatched via an International courier and a signature will be required. A tracking number will be advised by email and usually takes 4-6 days*.
Orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the next day. This applies Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12 noon Friday and during Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday. Items sent via courier may take an extra day to dispatch to allow for collection. Items may be subject to delay due to customs checks.

There will be a delay in despatch during Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New year due to National Holidays. Plus items may take a little longer during peak times due to volume on the run up to Christmas.

*In the event that we do not have stock in our warehouse some Arcadia, Chiarugi, Giorgio Fedon, Pellevera, Pratesi and Terrida, items may be shipped directly from Italy and usually takes 4-5 days. In August Italian suppliers shut down for 3 weeks and this may result in a delay in orders sent direct from Italy, we will inform you of time delay and expected date of despatch by email.
Taxes & Duties
No taxes are charged by Attavanti but please be aware that all shipments are DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) and if you order from our site for delivery outside the EU you may be liable for import duties and taxes charged by Customs which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges or the amount. When ordering you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You can contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes you will be charged all postal charges including return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees.
Returning a Product for Exchange or Refund
Should you wish to return an item we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. It is most important that you request a return from your account or contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can then authorise the return. Please do not return any item that has not been authorised. Returns should be addressed to: Attavanti Limited, County House, St Mary's Street, Worcester, Worcestershire, WR1 1HB, United Kingdom. The items should be returned within 14 days of receipt (please also see our seasonal extended returns policy below for the Christmas period). All returns must be in perfect, unused condition with tags still attached and with their original packaging. We do not accept returns for scratched, damaged or not in original packaging with tags unattached.
Bespoke pre-orders made to customer's specification are not returnable.
Postage is at buyers cost, repackage securely and return using recorded or tracked delivery. Please keep receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
Once the item has been checked and inspected a refund will be made via your payment method. Please be aware that unauthorised returns and items that have been used will not be refunded and a charge will be made for the cost to return the item to the buyer.
Extended Seasonal Returns Policy
In addition to our usual 14 day returns refund policy, we are pleased to offer an extended seasonal returns policy for goods purchased between 1st November and 24th December 2019. You can return for a full refund, an exchange or store credit up to January 7th 2020. Any items returned to us should be in accordance with our returns policy stated above and must be in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Please contact us first as unauthorised returns that have been used will not be refunded and a charge will be made to return the item to you.
Returning a product if damaged or defective
We are sorry in the unlikely event that the bag you receive is defective or damaged in transit. The fault should be apparent straight away or after initial use. Please contact us within 10 days to let us know at email@example.com A fault is classed as a defect in the appearance or function. Once goods are received we will process a refund plus postage or send a replacement and refund postage. Please return via recorded delivery and we will reimburse the cost of postage. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
If item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
Please note that if an item is deemed not to be defective the terms for refunds and exchanges will apply and return postage will not be reimbursed.
You have the right to cancel your order in line with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000. If the item has been dispatched or delivered you may cancel the item up to 7 working days, starting from the day after the product was received. Please then follow the returns procedure above for a refund. You will be liable for recorded return postage.
